If Easter lilies are white, can these red lilies be Good Friday lilies?
I think they can.
I was captivated by this stand of lilies at a local park, and how each of them is unique.
And yet, together, they form a community. A beautiful, striking, fragrant community.

Don’t they? They literally stopped me in my tracks as I was doing a power walk through the nature preserve.
This is truly lovely – the flowers and the thoughts. I really LOVE it. The red lilies are so truly magnificent and perhaps have a deeper meaning too. I loved your writing. It is the way I like to think of Easter. It is quiet and contemplative and gives me a lot of good things to remember and think about. Thank you so kindly for this.
