Lots of folks are getting back in the saddle as COVID constraints are lifted, including our Musical Millennial. He has a wonderful jazz gig tomorrow night in Austin, Texas with a long-time bandmate and friend, and the live-stream is free!
There are two Thomas Wenglinski & Paulo Santos performances on Friday, June 18, at 7:30 and 9:30 p.m. CDT, and you can watch in HD Live on YouTube via the link below.
Thomas and Paulo are both graduates of the Butler School of Music at the University of Texas and have been performing together at gigs ranging from college concerts to weddings to restaurant bars to frat parties to jazz clubs and SXSW, since Thomas was a sophomore and Paulo a freshman. It will be a joyful reunion as they join some of their longtime musician friends to give two solid performances. And if you happen to be in Austin, there are a few in-person tickets left for the 9:30 show. We’ll be sitting in the front row from our living room at Glover Gardens.
