German food followed us home! These crispy, lacy potato pancakes are golden at the edges, tender inside and threaded with parsley. Inspired by Jacques Pépin’s mother’s recipe, but made the Glover Gardens way, with a food processor. 😄 We discovered Dampfnudel during our trip to Bavaria.
