Take a Break for Nature Therapy, from a Colorado Photo Safari

Sorrow hangs heavy in the air. So many are suffering, all over the world. Some of those who suffer are close to me. I wish I could make things better for them.

Nature can provide a respite when concern is overwhelming. These images are from a photo safari I undertook this week in Jefferson, Colorado, in between intense empathy and hand-wringing. Please do not take this as a plea for sympathy; I am fine. Just so very sad that people I care about are struggling, grieving, facing unprecedented anguish and challenges.

Take a break for a moment and soak up what God has put on display in nature.

Wishing you peace, healing and comfort, from a place in my heart that’s hard to describe.
