It’s almost Christmas, and that means cookies! I was alone at Glover Gardens last night, and drummed up two batches of Christmas cookie joyfulness. First, the raspberry deliciousness. Here’s the recipe.
My friends, they were as good as they have ever been. I’m delighted with my creation.
And then, the Glover Gardens Comfort Cookies. I’ve been making them for years, and in our family, if someone says, “can we have ‘the cookies’?”, these are the ones they mean. They are Everything Cookies, perfect for any occasion, from breakfast on a camping trip, to sustenance on a transcontinental flight.
I drank chardonnay and made cookies last night, and brought them to work today to share with my esteemed colleagues. I might have been a little popular.
