The latest Glover Gardens spice mix is called Zippy Autumn. It is our permanent replacement for “pumpkin spice”.

A blend of herbs and spices commonly used in spicy Italian cooking, Zippy Sicilian is very aromatic with balanced spiciness, a rich depth created by two types of pepper and two types of garlic, and just the right amount of salt.

We continue to prepare for “the siege” (our kitchen remodel) at Glover Gardens and I’m packing up the pantry today.

Pepper is a flavor-enhancer and a magical medicinal substance. Like us, you need at least 3 grinders!
