The TCM Classic Film Festival in Los Angeles is where we were going to be this weekend. Obviously, that plan was halted by COVID-19.
But TCM introduced a plan to help us have a good time, at a social distance, the Special Home Edition.
It’s happening now, and I just had a great time in the kitchen, prepping Glover Gardens Double Trouble Burgers while watching a 2016 TCM Classic Film Festival interview of Faye Dunaway by Ben Mankiewicz. They had an excellent rapport, and I learned a lot about the actress and the iconic movies she has starred in.
There’s more to come in this festival, which doesn’t end until late tomorrow. Thank you, TCM, for giving us a wonderful and safe alternative that makes us less wistful that we’ve missed our planned trip.
